• Whole School Upstander Program: Student Voice, Agency, and Leadership.

This whole-school program, suitable for both primary and secondary schools, empowers students through five in-person sessions to identify issues and solutions to poor behaviour.

An entire year level learns to identify different behaviours (e.g., friendship fires, mean on purpose, bullying), the drivers and impacts of poor behaviour, and how to be safe and effective Upstanders. Students then volunteer to become SUP Student Leaders. These leaders’ identity the issues in their school they would like to address and create class plans and activities to teach Upstanding to their younger peers, teachers, and families.

Tailored to the specific needs of the school, this evidence-based program fosters leadership and peer support, creating lasting change within the school community.

  • Year 7 Transition Program: Exploring Personality, Values and Behaviour

This one-day program, delivered in Term 1, enhances students' understanding of bullying, discrimination, and harassment by focusing on the key drivers and impacts. Students also explore how their values and personality shape behaviour while learning Upstander strategies to promote positive social norms within their cohort.

Ultimately, the program empowers Year 7 students to take responsibility for school behaviour and shape their school experience.

The program is tailored towards each school’s specific needs and includes ongoing support to ensure the program meets its objectives.

  • Teacher and Family Support
